The Corona epidemic has decimated a man who reached his hometown on foot. Within two days of arriving in Sonthur on foot from another state, a heartbreaking incident took place in Chittoor where Corona lost her life. A man (47) from Tharigonda in Chittoor district went to Bangalore many years ago for employment. He used to do various things there and send money to his parents. He is unmarried for over 47 years and has parents and two younger sisters.

The lockdown was imposed from July 14 due to high corona virus extraction in Bangalore city. With this he went to his hometown and left to see his parents. The victim, who left on July 14, walked hard for 3 days and reached his hometown 160 km away. Fell ill halfway through. Along with nausea, fever raga .. reached home on Thursday night.

He stayed at home that night and went to Marnadu Hospital. He was rushed to Madanapalle District Hospital along with his father, where he was examined by doctors and placed in an isolation ward. Swab was then collected from him and sent for examination. However, he died on Friday night in a critical condition. The hospital superintendent said he was diagnosed with a corona positive on Saturday’s results.

Corona cases are being recorded at a record level in Chittoor district. About 60 per cent of the infected are in Tirupati. According to a bulletin released by the Ministry of Health on Friday, 396 people were infected with the virus between 9am on Friday and 9am on Saturday.
