New Delhi, April 21: International tech giant Apple hosted its first event of the year in the US on Tuesday. Organized under the name ‘Spring Event-2021’, the event unveiled a number of new products. These include the iPad Pro tablets, the Apple TV 4K, the Siri remote, and the AirTag. In addition, Apple has introduced the best-selling iPhone 12 (Rs. 79,900) and iPhone 12 Mini (Rs. 69,900) handsets in purple. These will be available for booking from the 23rd of this month and deliveries will start from the 30th of April, the company said. However it was not disclosed whether these are available in India. On the other hand, it also unveiled the latest iMac desktop computer that runs on the M-1 chip. Available in three storage options, the base variant of the desktop is priced at Rs 1,19,900. Featuring a 24-inch 4.5K retina display, the new iMac features a 7-core GPU, 1080p FaceTime HD camera, studio quality mics, six-speaker sound system, and Touch ID.
