In the video, Sara can be seen dancing to the rhythm of the Pawn No. 1 track Jeth Ki Dopahri Mein, which featured Govinda and Karisma Kapoor and was sung by Poornima and Kumar Sanu. Sara’s video begins with the actress working out on her yoga mat. She then joins her coach and dances with all her heart, as if no one is watching. PS_ We loved your expressions. Sara has quite a reputation as a fitness enthusiast. Last week she shared a video in which she could be seen doing push-ups, sit-ups, burpees, stretches, and planks. Sara captioned her post: “When in doubt, you should exercise. Push-ups and sit-ups, don’t lose count. With health and fitness you should be devoted because that’s what life is all about.”
Two years ago, on Karan Johar’s talk show Koffee with karan 6, Sara talked about her weight loss process and her transformation. She said, “I had PCOD. I still have it and that’s why I think I got so fat.” During the episode, Karan Johar played two video clips with Sara Ali Khan from the days when she was studying at Columbia University. She revealed that at that time she weighed 96 kilos.
Sara Ali Khan has flawless genes. Her parents, Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, are Bollywood actors. His father is now married to Kareena Kapoor. His grandmother (Saif’s mother) Sharmila Tagore is a veteran actress. His late grandfather Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi was a legendary cricketer.
