Actor Sonu Sood has launched another initiative to help those in need during the COVID-19 pandemic, under which he is giving away electronic rickshaws to those who have lost their livelihood during the pandemic.
The “Dabangg” actor introduced his new initiative that reads “Khud kamaao ghar chalao” on Instagram on Sunday.
The Bollywood actor-tuned-philanthropist said the love he’s received from people has motivated him to “keep being there for them.”
“I have received a lot of love from people in recent months. And that has motivated me to continue being there for them. That is why I have launched the” Khud kamaao ghar chalaao “initiative, said the 47-year-old.
“I believe that providing job opportunities is more important than distributing supplies. I am sure that this initiative will help them to stay on their feet once again by making them self-sufficient and self-sufficient,” he added.
Earlier this year, Mr. Sood launched the Pravasi Rojgar app that created more than 50,000 job opportunities for those who lost their jobs due to the economic hit due to the Covid pandemic.
The app connects them with multiple companies and also offers specific programs to help them improve their skills.
The “Simmba” actor has inspired many across the country with his noble gestures.
It began by helping stranded migrant workers to return to their places of origin by organizing a safe trip for them in May this year. He has seen that he has been helping the needy and disadvantaged sectors of the country.
