The Tata Nexon EV can be purchased directly or through a subscription plan in the country. While the automaker has recently raised EV prices, subscription plans are seeing a price drop once again. The Nexon EV subscription plan now starts from Rs 29,500 per month, making it an even more attractive proposition for those looking to rent Tata’s electric SUV. Prices for Delhi / NCR
As seen in the table above, the monthly subscription plans for Nexon EV have been reduced by as much as Rs 5,900 per month. However, the prices for the 12-month base plan remain the same as before. These revised prices will be valid for a limited time. As before, only the mid-spec XZ + variant is offered in the subscription plan. The XM and XZ + Lux variants can only be purchased directly.
The Nexon EV is one of India’s affordable long-range electric vehicles priced between Rs 13.99 lakh and Rs 16.25 lakh (ex-showroom). It is powered by a 125 hp electric motor that is powered by a 30.2 kWh battery pack and offers a range of 312 km according to ARAI. The battery supports fast charging and can be charged from zero to 80 percent in one hour.
Currently the Nexon EV has no direct rivals in the country, however it indirectly faces the MG ZS EV and the Hyundai Kona Electric. Soon it will also face competition from the upcoming Mahindra XUV300 Electric.
