Sanjay Dutt’s daughter Trishala has spoken again about the death of her boyfriend. Trishala’s boyfriend, whose name she never revealed, had died in July 2019. She often shares posts and photos with him and shares with her followers how she is dealing with the great loss.

A follower asked how he dealt with trauma. “I am still dealing with it, but I have received a lot of help (and I still receive help) Since covid, my support groups that I joined have gone virtual for now, I see my grief therapist virtually too, I spend time with my friends and family (while still practicing social distancing) and am doing a lot of soul searching. I also left social media for a long time after he passed because I needed that private time to process what just happened to both of their lives. How in a split second, life can change for anyone. I needed to feel my loss. Don’t get distracted from that, ”she wrote in her response.

Trishala said she is processing her pain and it will take time for her to be completely well. “My grief therapist has been helping me a lot. I am processing many emotions and little by little, almost a year and a half later, I begin to accept my loss (and I say it hesitantly). It takes time and I feel lifeless without it too, but I know I’m going to go. be okay. I have made incredible progress this year with the pandemic in mind and I am giving myself time to heal. Give yourself that time too. (hugs), ”he added.

Also during the talk, Trishala had talked about her father’s struggle with drug addiction in the early days of his career. “First, it is important to note that addiction is a chronic disease characterized by drug seeking and use that is compulsive or difficult to control, despite harmful consequences.” He added: “The initial decision to take drugs is voluntary for most people, but repeated drug use can cause brain changes that challenge an addicted person’s self-control and interfere with their ability to resist strong urges to take drugs.” , wrote.

Trishala is Sanjay Dutt’s eldest daughter with the late first wife Richa Sharma and was born in New York. Richa was an aspiring actor and married Sanjay in 1987. She was diagnosed with a brain tumor two years after their marriage and moved to New York for treatment and then succumbed to it in 1996.
