Perks define points in any game, and in a title like Cyberpunk 2077, perks like Cold Blood grant bonuses to players. It allows them to take on stronger enemies with ease.
Perks are essential in role-playing games because they influence the structure of the character that a person would want to choose. Character builds define the approach players take towards any given mission in a game. Some prefer a stealth approach, while others prefer to go with all guns blazing.
The Cold Blooded Perk in Cyberpunk 2077
This perk is part of the “cool” attribute tree, which determines composure, stamina, and effectiveness in stealth missions.

The Cold Blood Perk is part of the Cold Blood skill tree itself. Skills in Cyberpunk 2077 can be leveled up through game actions or cyberwares.
This particular buff is mostly passive in Cyberpunk 2077. It has three different levels with three compound effects. Activates for 10 seconds at the first level and increases movement speed by 2% after defeating an enemy. This effect can only stack once.
At the second level, the effects remain the same, but the buff stacks twice, and at level 3, it stacks three times. So technically speaking, at the highest level, the buff remains active for 30 seconds after defeating three opponents. And following the usual nature of how RPG stacks work, the total increase in movement speed while this buff is on will be 6%.

The best part about RPG titles is that the character builds make people approach missions differently. And with so many permutations and combinations of abilities and perks available, two stages of the game would never be the same, as long as the character build is different.
